Give us as much detail as you can and we’ll point you in the right direction.

What to include

Better detail = quicker first answer

Model number, visible damage, whether it still powers on, and whether the problem is intermittent all help us narrow things down faster.

When to bring it in

Sometimes a proper bench check is best

If the issue needs physical testing, liquid damage inspection, or a parts check, we may ask you to bring the device into Annexe Stores in Peacehaven.
